Class Action...

Someone on the Facebook page ( Banro Corporation Invest Group) talk about to start a class Action against them... You can also see some discussion on Yahoo Finance (BAA.TO)

You are correct.   There are legal actions pending.  Not sure when they will take place.  We are working on evidence gathering right now and are trying to consolidate all conversations, emails, transcripts and other relevant information from shareholders and people/officials living near the mines etc..  The attorneys working on this are top notch.  If you have ...more
