Ok.  If this is not a topic that is core business... not sure what is...

The message from their tech support is they are not selling Smart A/V licences ..to consumers.  I tried to support this business from Day 1.  Still own and use a BB motion.  Use the smart A/V on all my other devices.  WTF.  I thought it was all about licencing and recurring revenues. 

Shittte... I may be the only was still using BBM with key users.  AND pay the 5$ every 6 months ...trying to single handedly keep this outfit afloat...  and they still don't want consumer level customers...my take.

Go figure...snoop the reasoning on this event.

It was one of my toughest online buys ever.  Never happy with that being a BB fan, and not happy with this decision.
