What do I think about BB? Well, it has been a bumpy ride for the last three months and we are not out of the woods yet but I do see a very bright light at the end of the tunnel.
We have seen how Analysts are rating this company. Most of the Yankees are either nutral hold or have sell rating on this stock and I don't blame them because they are supporting their AAPL. Thank God that, BMO, TD, Scotia capitals, Raymond James, Jafferies and other few are still Bullish about BB and has Target price from 17:50 to 21:50. Some Analysts and writers on Montley fool and Seeking Alpha are rating it as speculative buy. They say that if 12 dollar support level breaks then it might even go to lower.
I have faith in this company and have been trading it when it was a $ 74:00 stock. Because of the uncertainty I never held it for more than 2 days and always made money. In last 3 months I made 18K plus trading BB. I admit that I have not made a single cent in last 4 weeks on this stock because my avg. price is 15:86. I am bullish on this stock because of the following reasons:
1. Z10 launch has been successful and US launch date is near. Q10 will be another quality product and all professional in the world have been waiting for it's launch.
2. Comapny has solid balance sheet with 2.7 Billion in cash.
3. Lat quater they had 80 million loyal customers and this number can only go higher in coming quaters.
4. Indinesia, India, Nigeria and UK are still BB fan and they are very impressed with Z10.
5. Z10 sales numbers in canada, UK and India has been overwhelming and CEO Heins has acknowledged it.
6. I agree that things are littel overcast at the moment but they day market knows for sure that Z10 is doing great, it will be a $ 24.00 stock. That can happen on March 28 when BB repots quaterly results.
7. In order to be profitable and bring their balance sheet in Green they don't have to sell too many Z10 and Q10s in this calender year 2013 (fiscal 2014). Raymonda James estimates that they can easily sell 18 Million Z10 this year and that will be enough to bring BB in Green. In last quater Apple sold 50 Million iphones thus 20 Million for BB is a year is not a impossible task. They can even go higher.
8. India and China will have highest growth rate in smart phone industry with India leading the pack with 470% growth rate in next 5 years.
9. BB are pioneers and still innovative, last week there was a news that they are working on a duel screen phone. QNX is an effective software and all future cars will be equiped and loaded with this software.
10. BB is a buy out target. Even Heins said that they and looking into licensing their products.
11. There are 136M short position and once we have a good news all hedge fund managers will run for cover stock price can be double in no time.
12. In my 15 years experience I have seen Inmet mining stock moving from .80 to & $120, I bought it at 18:25 and sold it at $ 46. I have also seen YRI tarding at .20 and going to 18.20. Similarily I have seen Nortel colapsing from $ 124 to .10. I made a wrong decision selling my Biovail at 18.50 which is trading at 71.20 now. By the way Biovail is called Velient VRX now. I believe BB is our new Biovail which has the potential to go to $ 56 in next two quaters. Thus friends these hedge funds will try to scare you in next two weeks, please be patient and do not throw your shares in open market. You need to hols them and thats the only way to make money. I am holding 5650 shares and will add 1k each at every 1$ drop. I am playing with the money I have made in this market and I dont even care if I lose it. But my heart and experience tell me that BB is poised for some Big gains in next three quaters. Do not spend too much time on this site as bashers will make you to throw your towel.
