I remember when there were 518m shares outstanding today that number stands at 564m shares as of today.

c hen has failed to execute, certainly is not leading the company in the public realm while his toothless BoD have to wait until November 2023 before c hen expires his employment contract worth $144.8m should he be Fired or Acquired... if BB is acquired Fairfax gets 20% bump on its Debenture... win win if you are c hen or watsa.  watsa the not so arms length shark.
