That PW paid a much higher price for his original investment in BB is irrelevant to me, Too bad for PW. Shareholders of BB owe nothing for PW's loss to date.
What is relevant to other investors is whether shareholder value gets diluted because of possible questionable deals. Raising questions is not trolling, it is being a vigilant investor. I trust you undertand the difference.
My view is that your defence of PW is slightly over done.
