Folks, the board has a fiduciary duty to all shareholders, not just one shareholder.
To suggest that BB has the right strategy and the best assets and IP, but one man is able to suppress the stock value is garbage. The stock has been stagnant for several years because sales have been in decline or, more recently, flat.
The inflection point is here. Last quarter was a good one and Chen even advised that the back end of the year (next 2 quarters) would be even better.
the sales team is building, sales results are snowballing.
Suggesting Chen is here to drive down stock price is pure lunacy.
