The Company operates through three segments: Cybersecurity, IoT, and Licensing and Other. The Cybersecurity segment consists of BlackBerry Spark, BlackBerry SecuSUITE and BlackBerry AtHoc. The IoT business consists of BlackBerry Technology Solutions (BTS) and BlackBerry IVY. The Licensing and Other segment consists primarily of the Company’s patent licensing business. The Company’s core secure software and services offerings are its Cylance cybersecurity and BlackBerry unified endpoint management (UEM) solutions, collectively known as BlackBerry Spark. Its Cylance cybersecurity solutions include CylanceENDPOINT, an integrated endpoint security solution that leverages the Cylance AI model and OneAlert EDR console. The BlackBerry UEM Suite includes the Company’s BlackBerry UEM, BlackBerry Dynamics and BlackBerry Workspaces solutions.

100% agree that the focus should be on BB on this site. Sorry for the digression. Not sure JC is a ghost or a did just yet. He has turned this thing around and positioned it quite well . He needs to show some fruits of this labour and reward shareholders. When the deal is announced, I sure hope the priority is to give shareholders a special dividend. I'd say $4 per share would do wonders for all the pain and suffering bb have had to endure.
