i was called out forWhen Chen announced the 600M deal for patent, i was first to call it out saying the entity was a front/shell by Meta/Apple/BB enemies in US. That Chen was being fooled. Many said that's not true that his lawyers were smart. I knew from long ago that there was a force in the US that wanted to bring down BB to its knee and sell to some US company. Chen is a naieve guy that doesn't knwo this stuff. He's a engineer or a lab rat that doesnt' know strategy and wars. He's a naive that doesn't understand politics and geo politics.
As the patent deal kept getting dragged i wrote more post. then the pro-chen gang here took me out.
And here we are 1.5 or more years later and chen failed to sell the patent because that was the the plan of the original bidder. to keep draggint this and dangling the carrot for chen.
The second company will not pay anything more than 200m. Because they know they have chen by his throat. Once they take the patent chen will be left with low cash again.
chen cannot start patent business again as that will bankrupt BB...or else he would have done it long time ago. he will get aroudn $200m patents only.
chen is a gullible lab rat that doesn't know how to be CEO. he failed bb and now just trying to hang in there to get paid until November.
