RE:RE:Status of employee morale at BBThe problem is that mgmt gets paid in stocks and they immediatly sell. While employees get shares too but they hold on to it like any other employee would. When the stock drops it takes a hit on their morale and that shows up in performance. Thsi is one of the reason sales has been spiraling downward and is so slow. Only QNX is growing...not great but its just growing.
