RE: RIM and security applicationFirst posting to this board. It seems to me that RIM shares stand to bounce because of the recent events at the WTC because of the newly realized need for companies to communicate immediately with their employees.
Picture a company with 5000 employees and the need to communicate with all of them during an emergency. Cell phones are not as reliable and it takes a long time to make 5000 phone calls. On the other hand, sending 5000 email messages can be done at a keystroke. The person standing at the airport terminal, the bus station, the subway gets the same message at the same time and moves to a safe location to get more information.
This "addedd dimension" will make the Blackberry a standout.
