Cobalt sometimes technicals dont mean jack...in 1999 and 2000 when the tech boom went nuts techincals were useless...sometimes you have to go where the money is going.

Conventional wisdom doesn't apply here. None of this is based on traditional methods. It's like a flashmob... thousands of retail investors connected through a board and planning an attack. The plan is to get it to $25 USD at 3pm. We'll see.
