I only wish YASCH worked for BlackBerry because he has more BlackBerry knowledge than all of you here on SH and provides clear facts time and again. And if he did work for BlackBerry I wish he would be the next CEO after Chen.

Don't sell yourself short(pardonthe pun) Yasch. You are an excellent communicator which is a huge part of being a successful CEO. If you believe the employees will believe. I don't get that feeling with Chen and it reflects on BB's stock price. Most CEO's are now giving guidance on future earnings etc. Why is Chen silent on these matters?
