Do a deal with WiLAN then..
to many excuses..why didn;t BB do a deal with Wilan?? seems to me they get the deals done..see below , dwdc

Wilan (QTRH) does not have the balance sheet to do such a large patent deal. Also, QTRH began diversifying into another sector (intelligent transport systems etc) a few years ago and is accelerating that push.
