Because Chen liked to tease shareholders with the 80 / 20% experiance of patent
sales.....at this point he has earned himself the lion's share to be called one of the
worst CEO's in recent history. Over his tenure of eight years of promises....long term
have been stiffed with near zero gains. Hard to believe that a GIC produced 
results.

Looking forward to seeing Chen in the hot seat at next weeks conference call. Everyone
has grown tired of his excuses for poor performance. The bull market appears to be
winding down, and next year Chen will also battle a less than favourable market..He
should have stepped down years ago, and let someone else drive this company north.

I'm not here to judge...I'm here because I believe in the company and like many here, I would like to profit from investing here. Chen may not have made many public appearances to defend the dropping share price. He may not have said much more about the law suit or patent sales than what he already had said. For that, he's being crucified by many nay sayers in this board. I too am
