Russian you are missing the big picture. 600$M. At least something can be done with cash. Of course my expectations were dashed. In the long run it's all good. Remember it is US$ so it is 750$CAN. What can they do. But out a company and integrated it. The deal is split with a lump sum follower by 7 months of installments that will add to the bottom line starting February 2022.

Last I heard, Russian was yapping about several billions and Yasch said he'd be pleased with any amount over 500M. All I says is Chen is holding killer hand and BB is a when and not iffer.   Lumpy Rutherford....One of my favourite tv characters of all time. I'll be on your yacht via VR while laying in my lawn chair. Hedge, Lumpy or Clarance (odd spelling), as his pop aka Fred called him, was a great character. Lumpy was played by a feller named Frank Bank. The Banker passed away several years back at 71. I'm not so sure about a rebranding, but Chen did answer questions about spinning off one of the two divisions when interviewed on CNBC (maybe it was BBN) either after the Q3 ER or in conjuction with CES.

I like BB but this is surprising- $450 million for the sale and the rest of the amount is over 8 years - the purchaseco has funded this with 90% debt so if the cash flows don't materialize it goes yellow submarine upside down . they reference the debt without explanation; one can only assume if the servicing can't be met BB has claim - if anyone has read more in depth please post - who
