Agreed the board has been the architect of the collosal collapse of epic purportions. From 20 billion in sales to 656 million and falling. 98% decline. From share price of 149 to 2. 98% decline. This board announcing it wants to create shareholder value and the shares drop in less than 7 weeks from 5 to 2 dollars. Pure failure. Competitors all growing and we have headwinds.
