BlackBerry has best in class assets. We all know this. My issue is why are they unable to monetize and sell their products?

All other remarks attacking management or otherwise denigrating the company aside that is the Right Question Joey67. Yes, we can reasonably wonder about expense structure and marketing /product development decisions through the past too many years since RIM regrettably dismissed, misjudged Apple and others.
