imo, small amount of money for high % ownership of the company and they would want to cancel dual share structure
if canadian or quebec gov realy want to help bbd
they would have got them 9.5 billion financing at between 0-2% guarnteed by gov
bbd would had to sell BT
and would be able to handle 100 -200,millions $ of interest a year
france did it for alstom twice
canada or quebec will not do it for bbd
have you ask yourself why??????????????
in my opinion, france and usa they do not allow canada or other nations to have superior tech or business, they either buy it or destroy it
so where is our gov
