I've been stockpileing powder since there was an anouncement of a "second wave" , I remember reading somewhere that the investing world would get pounded in the second wave , it never happened .... how the Dow is beating records is beyond my comprehension , I loaded up back in 2008 and there was talk that it would get that low again , it never happened, not even close ... I was looking into CIBC with its dividend but then realized how the heck can they make money with rates under 1% ...AC is another , almopst no revenue with debts mounting , no recovery in the works , yet it is at $26 , makes no sense but it is there anyway ... one thing is for sure , things change and anything can happen ... place your bets ... GLTA
