i am taking about Gov. those agents that sit on top make lows and give the best of canada too others
would france allow a french banck to charge Alstom 15, no way, they gave Alstom 0% interest
but under canadian and quebec Gov nose CDPQ charged bbd 15%, what do you call that
in muy opinion, they knew bbd can not handle this high interest, and it will fail
it only prove that canadian and Quebec gov wanted to see bt fall in otghers hands
