"Were not giving you information". That explains why the Bomber isn't telling other Rating Agencies not to rate them., or why they're withholding information from other Rating Agencies.

you know what these guys remind me of? In a large family, there's always one kid who tattertails to mom all the mischief his sibling are getting into. This is what they're doing - they are warning the street that there is something else coming down the pike other than the BT sale to Alstom and the Q4 results.
