More than half the Bombardier's analysts are from canadian Banks brookers based at Toronto. I have accounts at 4 of them ( Nat bank, Desjard, CIBC and TD) and thier analysts follow first canadian companies and only some US ones. 
But the most important is that the Bombardier B shares ownership is only at 9% from institutions; 8% are from individuals insiders and 81% from the general public. Not exactly people that pay analysts.
There some US brokers or banks but don't be distracted, there's only 2 US institional investor on the ownership list with more that 1 % of the float.

So, given that the float is largely on the canadian public, the influence of canadian bank brooker analysts is far more important than US brookers like Veritas or JP Morgan.
