RE:RE:RE:Alstom Withdraws Bid For Mega-Contract Won By CAF-BombardierNonsense. I don't know whether they have actual legal recourse against BBD, but beginning legal action is certainly relevant.


From the article:

The French public transportation operator RATP and state-owned railway company SNFC have announced they will take legal action against Alstom-Bombardier for having submitted a firm bid for the execution of this award. For its part, CAF has communicated its intention to proceed with the contract, and does not rule out taking legal action against Alstom-Bombardier.
