IMO, NO PRIM MINISTER, OR GOV OFFECIAL will help a canadian company,,,,,,they are different faces but serve same agenda which benefit FRANCE, USA, ENGLAND

Canada and other countries are just market and lab to test inovation,,, once proven,,, France, USA helped by canadian Regulators will do what it take to take it away and put their name (france, usa ) on it

safest road for bbd is to keep gov away,,, or we will end up loosing bbd bus jets as we lost C series
