My Globe Newswire article commentsHere is the article.

MONTRAL, April 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bombardier (TSX: BBD.B) today announced that it has received a notice from Alstom S.A. requesting arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce pursuant to the agreement relating to the sale by Bombardier of its Transportation business (Transportation) on January 29, 2021 (the Transaction). In its request for arbitration, Alstom is alleging that Bombardier is in breach of certain contractual provisions.

Bombardier has good grounds to defend itself against Alstom’s claim and intends to do so vigorously. As noted in its press release dated January 29, 2021, Bombardier also intends to challenge certain purchase price adjustments which resulted in proceeds from the Transaction being lower than initially estimated.

Arbitration proceedings could last several years. Given that Bombardier is subject to confidentiality obligations, it will abstain from commenting further on these proceedings unless required by applicable law.

From the reading the above.

The reason we didn't get a private response from Investors Relations, was because it's going to arbitration. All I can say is, that I hope we get our $400M from those Alstom thieves. They made out like BANDITS with the BT price, and Airbus theft of the CSeries. They got a Price Reduction of $1B US before the BT deal to firm it up, and they tried to get another $400M reduction from the closing. What thieves? I just wanna close the books on that money. If this deal was done with HITACHI, none of this would have happened. Airbus and Alstom were thieves. I don't care what Sham is saying about not disturbing the peace with Alstom, and France. I think we got a great case. The Bomber could just say that they gave Alstom a $1B price reduction for BT adjustments, for Alstom to firm up the deal, and that was to pay for the Alstom disputes about the contracts. Therefore Alstom Firmed up. That's it period. So why deduct $400M on closing too? It's more complicated than that of course, not knowing what exactly was in dispute. Bombardier seems to think they have a good case. We'll see what happens next. Arbitration is quicker than court, in any Jurisdiction, so this will bring a close to this dispute fairly quickly. The fact that Alstom is choosing Arbitration is good news. They must think they can throw the Bomber a bone, and get rid of them. I hope the Bomber realizes they can get a fair amount from these thieves and fight it out, or give them the Bone, threatening COURT.

I just hope now that some of these Imbeciles here on this board shut up, and start to contribute instead of Bashing all day long, just so they can steal cheap shares, so we can focus on the important stuff. Earnings call is nearly here. I'm to the point where I'm just going directly into my Profile so I don't have to see these idiots posts.
