UNDERSTANDING THE VALUE OF THE SERVICE DEPT.I've said here a couple of times now that I'm extremely impressed that Bombardier is investing strongly in their service centres around the world. These are state of the art large facilities that will be a huge draw for existing customers and an excellent sales point for future customers. But what I find REALLY exciting is the $$$'s that these service centers will generate. People don't really understand the potential here, but to help with that understanding, look no further than the automotive industry and your local dealership.
