there must be a huge buy order at lower price,

so the clowens are droping the price to fill in this order while they themself benefit from price drop,, 

off course they knew they will do that, so the shorted bbd at 56+, 

dirty game

but that is their job

then bbd price will get closer to 60 right before earning

then they will drop it again
