Bombardier have sold the train sector to Alstom

then the Canadian gouvernment would have play the rule to oppose a
quick response to Boeing and to Trump, by telling , ok we will by more
aircraft from boeing and we will by more F35 fighter jet
but, in order to have that order
they should removed the 300% penaltie taxe on the C-Serie ( A-220 )

We know  that The penaltie was unfair and were anyway cancell after 18 monts in court...

With this scenario, selling train activity, and purchase more plane from US,
we were be able to proceed with the order of C-Serie to our client Delta Airline.

Fiction scenario, but what was missing it's a gouvernment with courage to support
their own leaders in industries.
