A very serious observation for long term BBd.B survival?

Would it be a sound or wise suggestion to merge these two aerospace corporation in the purposes to be a strong competitor with Boeing or Aibus?

The possibilities to think about are enormous:

Today's price value now: BBD.B @ $0.57 and ERJ @ $8.73

Merge embraer with bbd to compete in the commercial planes against airbus and boeing? Do you see a single commercial plane in the bbd catalogue? The E2 is dead to annyway. Boeing will buy it soon.

Good question and a good point as you refer as I did not see such any planes if they have a catalogue. I will not be surprised about Boeing to look at or to jump at for a less expensive deal to buy the rest of Bombardier aerospace assets?

the family have control and will not allow boeing to take ba over that is why the falimy do not drop dual share structure boeing treid to joint or take over emraer, discussed the matter for ove a year, spent tones of cash on the joint venture then walked away
