A slum landlord maybe happy with a penny gain with the markets up nicely after th stock has $hit the bed all week but some are keen enough to see it is still a TURD! Skies are blue though. BTW my life is great not sure about yours since you have been on this board steady for years cheering the bomber.

I believe he was yapping at me , i bet my apartments are cleaner than your house . Actually I had one building stripped all the way down to the wood studs and completely rebuilt 3 years ago courtesy of my insurance ,nice little 3/4 million on the arm ...and , and , and doubled the rents .. jealous yet ???
