This approach of NCIB is being used very successfully by BRP since the beginning with the participation of Bain Cap. i think what they mean buy this is regading of fractional share example if an investor has 100132 shares, then after the revers split he will have 100,102 / 25 = 4004.08 they are talking about this .08  of a share as they can not give an investore .08 share (ftacin of a share) they will add all the fractional shares buy them at market price or higher, then redistribute the money on

You never know. If they pay the debt off it will be current shareholders that take  the brunt of the pain.
