Someone want to push the share
22000 shares at 56,23$ on he buy side 40 minutes before the opening.
Often these kind of offering disappear few minutes before the opening, let's see.

Only one reason, BBD is deeply undervalued, at 110.00, it's only one time sale.

Post opening: This investor was alone with his 1M$+ offer (22000X56,23$) and he miss. The market didn't follow him; he lost 1$ per shares 8 minutes after the opening. The share will bounce but he pay too much. Seasoned investors don't put orders more than 5 minures before the opening.
