why has Pierre Beaudoin sold stock options for over $250K, if he beleives in his own company!! Does this gives an example to others, absolutally not!

That's a new one on me. How can stock options be sold . Stock options are a form of compensation that have to be exercised into shares before the shares are sold. Shares are sold at times to exercise options would. Nothing like being blissfully ignorant did someone refer to this as a negative? I saw shares being sold and the same number of options

Clubhouse, it's written in the News paper in Quebec, called Le journal des Affaires this week, have a look, he did sell shares!

  What is it you don't understand ?He exercised options which means he sold shares and exercised options. In the end he has the same number of shares. But if he sold his shares to exercise those options and if the shares he sold were more than the value of the oprions, he pocketed the difference. Do you call that a negative ? he sold 55.114 k shares at 54.23 and exercised 55.114 k

I don't necessarily like PB but it's part of is salary so he can do what ever he wants with it. Does doses options expire after a year?

Quality reporting right there. Pourbaix Ceonvus Chairman just cashed in $8,000,000 worth of options. 30X what PB cashed in.

The question is not there, 80X that of PB! Did he really needed $275K, no, and to me even if it's that amount, is more than strange, especially a member of it's own company! I don't care what some may think of this, but doesn't send a good message!!

A famous investor once said insiders sell stock for many reasons but they buy for only 1: because they think the stock will go up. By the way, was there any discussion about Global 8000. I heard it is unique because of low cabin altitude (Airbus 350 is very popular for this reason in cabin it feels like 5500ft whereas other older aircraft its like 8000ft).

Tha's over 1/2 million at market value at time of purchase. If he was a day trader., he cud have made 20 k today alone.  Would he have come to this board and crow about it LOL ?

Must be a terrible sign that Pierre sold shares to exercise options ending with the same amount of shares that he started with...and you say you know the whole story. Your response proves the direct opposite. As you have shown you don't even know how these options work and how insiders are to profit by them as part of their compensation.   End of discussion and back on iggy
