Caisse taking a risk with Bombardier’s baffling financing
Boy, funny you say that. You absolutely don't understand what the caisse just did if you say so.
Here we go again, with AA34812 having another brain fart and making baseless assertions. Every analysts that I have heard so far are stating that La Caisse de Depot had a great deal. They are getting 30% ownership of a debt free holding with guaranteed revenues of over 9% per year, 3 seats on the Board and the right to intervene in the decision making process for the BT division if things go South. Remember that BT is making profits. Maybe not the greatest but nonetheless they are in the black.
Hey AA34812 with your narcistic personnality you see yourself as a genious. If you think you would have done much better than La Caisse de Depot, would you please tell us ignorants how you would have done it to get a better deal or is it just your usual bragging and bashing.
La caisse invested $2B in bbd transport, not the aerospace. They are into the train's and subways. The % of profits is smaller than in aviation, but a lot safer.
