What I know

2 offers are on the table by foreign entities for a CSERIES partnership and possibly a full buyout. Feds and Quebec are scrambling to work something out to keep program in Canada. In my opinion fed help will not be in ownership of CSERIES. Free land in mirabel. Tax relief for decades, interest free loans....convert current debt to interest free debt with Feds and so on ....

I still believe that Boeing is a perfect fit especially that the other foreign entity is Chinese. The Chinese deep pockets with the CSERIES could be a real problem to Boeing and Airbus.
