A large part of leadership consists of surprising the enemy and reassuring the troops. To announce that you are about to go swinging after B and A at this time would be the height of folly even if that is what you intend to do. When a former PM cited "no-brainer", he certainly tweaked the tail and created a more focussed business enemy.

Concentrate, get the certifications and increase production. Remove the bad train taste. Do not announce your future plans except where it is of value in secret discussions with (current and potential) allies. The media and this bullboard are not yet allies.
