The damage is done
Michel Nadeau, the former VP of La caisse de Depot du Quebec was on TV a few minutes ago and commenting about the 48% pay raise for the 5 top jobs of Bombardier management.
According to him that was a big mistake in light of what happened regarding job losses, lack of sale, etc.
Interesting that from his point of view, if all of them were to refuse their pay raise, the damaged is done. These pay raises should have been stopped by the board well before it became public.
For a company that almost went bankrupt a year or so ago, to award a 48% pay raise to senior management just after they fired 14500 employes is simply nonesense and shows that they are just there to fill the pockets and ripoff shareholders. Shame on you Bombardier senior management.
