What am I missing?

What am I missing?I have been buying and selling Bombardier shares for over 16 years. Honestly I fail to understand why the share price is currently going up after the two bad news regarding the train division and the 220% taxes that will be added to the selling price of every CS100 delivered to Delta. There is alo a strong possibility that further penalities will be imposed on Oct 4th regarding dumping charges against Bombardier.

Little doubts in my mind that this will need to be resolved by the WTO but it will take years to get a final verdict. In the interim the sale of 75 planes to Delta might be either cancelled or delayed until this issue is resolved. More important, no a single US airline would consider buying CS100s or CS300 until we have a final ruling.

I am usually very optimistic about Bombardier and was planning to buy more if it had stabalized around $2 but it is now climbing every day and I cannot understand the reason for it.

Anyone able to provide me with facts that would justify such an increase in the share price?
