Market manipulation

As usual there are some trying to manipulate the market just before opening. Currently, there are a bunch of transactions at $4.23, four cents below closing. However, there are 3.5K offers at $4.24, 5K at $4.25, 20K at $4.26 and 26K at $4.27

Experienced investors can easily see trhough this game but new comers might get influenced to sell their share cheap.
