ABACE and GlobalsJust read about ABACE and the Globals on display. Both the 5500 and the 6500. Lots of positives. ANNNNND that there are 20 in various states of production! While we have all the hoopla about the JV planes this is rather more enticing to look at. Business jets are more profitable. Business jets dont get discounted hugely nor are subjet to lawyer junk from competators, AND most importantly business jets account for a larger piece of the pie now that we have the JV. Global 6500 is SOLD out and expected to have a production rate of 40 per year (over 3 per month) and expected to bring in close to $3B in revenue! Some of that to start coming in in Q4 I beleive.
Now for the shorters who focus on certain past pages such as a balance sheet you can whine all you want as it would look rather bleak as all assets for the 6500 would be listed as only materials but liabilities would far surpass this due to costing since they have not yet started deliveries. This will change DRAMATICALLY once deliveries start. Just think how much those 20 planes will change the financials.... out of the liabilities column and into revenue (at a much higher valuation!!!) still want to short?
