The reason why was agreed to be paid that much at the first place is that has to be a healthy unit, what it is now..would you like to get just a million for your house if you know that it worth at least 2 millions, adding 100k until the deal is closed is still a good investment whatsoever. You always have to have a worst case scenario on mind..so either you don’t understand that or playing childish
