I keep buying moreEvery week I keep buying more to reach my goal in terms of number of shares. I can buy with confidence that I am not going to loose my shirt. BBD.B has been well below 50 cents since mid-March. Based on the data that I get from the Royal Bank, the volume of transactions during that period is well over 400 millions shares Hence, it is not going too far on a limb to claim that there is a very solid floor at the low 40 cents.
For me right now, it is a question of cashflow. If I had more cash on hand, I would buy more. Still, I need to be prudent as no one knows how long it will take before we recover from COVID 19. Hence, I need to keep some cash just in case as I hate to have to sell back my stock at the same price I paid for it.
Interesting how the daily volume has changed over the last 45 days. We used to have daily volumes close to 20 millions but it is now down to less than 5 millions. This is probably a strong signal that buyers are not interested to buy much more before this stock start moving again.
Personnally, I will keep buyng more at this price as money becomes available.
