RE:RE:RE:Airbus reducing North Amer operations

RE:RE:RE:Airbus reducing North Amer operationsCuts might be proportional now but what makes you think that more cuts and consolidation wont happen if things dont improve. Airlines are predicting recovery in 2023/24 time frames. How many airplanes doing think AB will make until then? With Airlines losing billions where and who is giving them financing to buy airplanes? The worst is yet to come. Wait until Sept time frame for US airlines to start massive layoff. Most governments globally are supporting by subsidizing pay for employees. How long do think that will continue. Paying employees does not eqaute to airlines buying more airplanes. With Covid-19 cases rising in Europe and US the airlines haven't seen the worst yet.

Some aviation outlets are also thinking that a stretch a220 might replace a320neo as cheap alternative now that covid has disrupted future R&D cash flow for a next 5 years and no new technology is coming either. Boeing wont be able to match a220 stretch performance unless they spend tons of money on their version of a220. Money that they dont have. Regardless thanks to GoC and GoQC short sightness we can add C series to the same list as Avro Arrow.
