Yup. With Boeing 787 and 737 troubles Spirit needs to diversify fast. They have some AB business but not enough. Belfast has solid future and bombardier is selling it because they want to concentrate on core bizz jet market. If Spirit tries to low ball then bombardier can walk away. GKN will be given 2nd chance at buying it.
