RE:Alstom's spin

RE:Alstom's spin
  • Net proceeds expected now up to €5.3 bn against a range of €5.8 - €6.2 bn previously agreed
  • Closing now expected in Q1 2021
so, bbd gets EUR $500 mln less than the previous floor of 5.8 bln.
That might take into account the negative net cash at BT now vs $1 bln in Feb
What are your thoughts?
How does it square with all the news that bbd gets $350 mln USD  less in the firm deal and roughly $4 bln vs 4.2-4.5 bln previously

EUr 500=$590 USD

The numbers do not add up

Of note, CDPQ retains the 18%.
