RE:Ils s'enrichi$$ent aux dépends des actionnaires ordinaireBtw.
I'm not advocating that Bomber do a lot of buybacks here either.
What I am saying is that they do timely buybacks. In doing so, they help the retail shareholders when increasing the SP, and even their own employees, in that, they're giving options/warrents/incentives that have some value for good work..
The only caveat there is that they should only do Share Purchases, when they are in +FCF teritory times, and NOT when they're burning/bleeding cash. This time though, they did this $67M buyback in a timely manner because this will help the Stock at a crucial time when it was depressed, and will definitely show their employees that received the bonusses, that there is upside on the shares if they perform well. They also did it at a time that they can do it financially too without spending too much of BT money.
I'm convinced that management is starting finally see that making small, timely, and inexpensive changes, to the company is going to pay huge dividends in the LONG RUN. That's why I think that they refinanced some of the LTD at $7.1% recently, so that they can elleviate the uncertainty and stress on the company and the SP.
This smart way of thinking, may have something to do with BD and EM, or they finally got better financial advisors.
