Can someone kindly explain to me why the employees would want to upset the apple cart at this point in time when the company is just beginning to make progress in the right direction? I support unions but the timing sucks. I would think the priority is to save their jobs first by helping the company stay afloat and then worry about pensions and other things. Any kind and thoughtful insight would be appreciated.
