Sadly will l'UPAC to launch an investigation on him because this is the shareholders/investors moneys and the issue is Bombardier still has heavy debts and the corporation is not able to pay dividends to the the investos/shareholders and funds manages? How many years Bombardiers - CL-B did not pay dividends?
