RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I Voted. I hope you will.I fail to understand why a dividend at 1 cent or 1/4 cents per qtr would inhibit the stock from being so volatile ?

  Would it make more sense after the RS and as an added incentive to get institutions involved ? ...Possibly !!

  Still doesn't make sense in my view.

  Dividends are a distribution of profits, and I don't see how any amount, considered profit on the balance sheet , wouldn't be placed toward the reduction of debt since it is its achiles heal.

You can issue a dividend if you have profits...but I think this is cutting this way too close.
