I'm writting blah blah that everyones knows here.. lol

It's always the same things with negociations, in the beginning management offers too litlle and unions asks for too much and eventually they end up somewhere in between, not necessarily the middle.

Of course we, and none of these 2 sides, want this to impact the business negatively. The best negociation results is when the 2 sides end up satisfied and 2nd best is when none is... lol
